What's in the Thriving Force Programme?
First of all, you'll learn how to 'Thrive Inwards' by building self-belief and developing habits to maintain energy and motivation. Then you'll learn the secrets to building 'Thriving Relationships'. The third section, 'Thriving on Purpose' will guide you to find your purpose and build goals and stretch yourself to achieve personal potential. Finally, you'll learn how to 'Thrive Every Day' by applying vital mental and emotional resilience strategies. You'll gain lifelong access to 25 coaching videos, with accompanying workbooks. Resilience Expert and Coach, Emma J. Bell will also host fortnightly live coaching and discussion sessions, as well as a quarterly Masterclass to enhance your learning and enable you to develop more skills to thrive.

Thriving Inwards
In this section of the course you'll learn how to make self-care habits stick. You'll discover what disempowering beliefs are undermining your confidence and how to rewire your brain to incorporate core beliefs to support you to thrive. You'll also create an 'Inner Mentor' to coach and guide you through the key decisions in your life.

Thriving Relationships
Relationships are key to whether we thrive, or simply survive in life. In this section, you'll uncover your tendencies and triggers and learn how to transform difficult dynamics into close connections. You'll master the key communication and influencing skills that create powerful conversations.

Thriving on Purpose
If you want to uncover your purpose in every area of your life, then this section will show you how. You will also learn how to set goals to realise your purpose and how to stretch out of your comfort zone to fulfil your personal potential - and keep growing.

Thrive Every Day
In this section of the course you'll learn the key mental and emotional resilience strategies that will enable you to bounce forward in the face of challenges large and small, as well as the importance of building a 'thriving tribe' around you.
